An extra 21700 is a great back-up battery to have on hand, for those extra long patrols. The NL2150DW can only be charged via the mechanisms included with the R40 v2. Fortunately the NL2150DW can be charged directly via the USB-C slot on the R40 v2 or using the two charging docks included with the flashlight.
