Instructions for use:
1. Select screw remover that is smaller than the damage screw.
Use a drill to turn a hole deep enough in the middle of the screw head.
Note: the deeper the hole, the easier it is to remove the screw.
2. Take out the screw remover then reverse the screw extractor.
3. Hand drill is turned counter clockwise slowly to drill, but do not use high-speed drilling.

Warranty & Repair service
If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year from receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please kindly provide us with evidence photos or videos of the defective item. After providing such information to our Customer Service team and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair.
