Before we can ship your order, we prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. It usually takes 1-3 business days to ship out .

I have received my product and very satisfied that it works when I had it installed by my local phone tech the next day. I had hesitations at first if I should purchase the LCD + Digitizer because I had also purchased another one although through EBAY since Alexnld didn’t have my model I needed for another phone, it wasn’t faulty like the one I purchased through EBAY. I received my product packaged securely in the bubble bag with the other contents I purchased for my Nokia 3.1 phone too like the tempered screen and a cover for it too. The tempered glass looks like its for another thinner phone as the holes is different from the phone itself and doesn’t fully cover the whole screen in width but it fits obviously as it’s not larger than the phone and also not worth sending it back for the cost of the item I got it for.
Overall am happy with the products itself especially because the LCD + Digitizer works. The only negative comment I would mention is the time I purchased it 24/01/2019, it didn’t start shipping until 18/02/2019 and arrive to my hometown in Australia until 08/03/2019 so that was misleading in timeframe (understanding there will be days in Custom plus sending it to a smaller city but that doesn’t explain why the shipping was delayed. You are lucky I was patient to wait for it after it sent an email to advise it’s being shipped finally). Thought when I ordered it, I would receive the products by the time I returned from my trek overseas which was 3 weeks straight after I purchased it. Only to have my bank tell me they picked up a company trying to access funds from my bank account which also was very frustrating because I didn’t confirm any additional transactions from the company Alexnld.com which also caused me a great deal of receiving funds whilst overseas because they had to cancel my credit card. Upon returning I thought it was a fraudulent website hence no items received still and the fraudulent transactions made. But now I have the item, I can advise its legit items purchased although I can’t say regards to transactions you take without consent from my account after my purchase, that doesn’t make sense at all. I am always wary of online purchases too due to this reason.
