Linda Wagnon –
I just got mine and I turned it on the red light came on so then I turned it off and plugged it in to let it charge and about 10 minutes it was fully charged and the light turned green. But after I use it I’m sure it will take longer to charge
Margi –
what the above are saying is true, green apparently means charged and red means on. turn button to the right. i had it to the left and walked my dog, and even though he’s on bravecto he gets covered in ticks that i have to search for, i turned the button to were the red light stays on and within 10 minutes ticks were falling off of him and trying to escape about 40 of them. they were alive, but they didn’t want to be on him. he is a golden retriever.
