Timing unit setting:
Jumper cap receives second, T1, T2 timing unit is 0~100 seconds
The jumper cap is connected to the minute, the timing unit of T1, T2 is 0~100 minutes
Cycle way:
Connect the jumper cap to S, and it will only be executed once each time it is triggered or powered on
Connect the jumper cap to C. After each trigger or power-on, if T2 is not 0, it will execute infinitely.
If in the case of an infinite loop, the jumper caps C and S will be disconnected. When this round of timing is completed, the infinite loop will be stopped and the relay will be disconnected.
Trigger start:
When the white jumper cap is not short-circuited, it is a trigger start.
When there is a trigger signal, the relay is closed, and after T1 time, the relay is disconnected. The timing will restart every time it is triggered.
If it loops, after T2 time, the relay is closed again, after T1 time, the relay is disconnected… and so on.
Power-on start:
When the white jumper cap is short-circuited, it is powered on. Once the power is turned on, the relay is closed immediately, and after T1 time, the relay is turned off. The timing will restart every time it is triggered.
After T1 time is up, if the cycle and T2 is not 0, after T2 time, the relay is closed again, after T1 time, the relay is disconnected… and so on.
Measure the voltage and find the time of potentiometer T1 and T2
Turn the time counterclockwise to decrease, and turn clockwise to increase. Resistance range is about 0~5kΩ
When T1 is adjusted to 0Ω, the relay does not work.
Formula: T1, T2 time (seconds or minutes) = voltage value (mV)/32.8095
Such as:
The measured voltage value is 273mV. If the working time unit is seconds, the timer time is approximately:
237/32.8=7.2 seconds;
If the unit of working time is minutes, the timer time is approximately: 237/38.8=7.2 minutes
Such as:
The measured voltage value is 1.37V. If the working time unit is seconds, the timer time is approximately: 1370/32.8=41.8 seconds;
If the unit of working time is minutes, the timer time is approximately: 1370/32.8=41.8 minutes.
