Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 15 days from delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email our customer service at sales@alexnld.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

All customers should contact us and obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

If an item is found damaged or defective on receipt, we kindly ask you to contact us within 15 days from the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange without physical return of the item.

Please provide us with following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;
2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

Our customer service team will communicate with you to arrange a refund or reshipment without physical return of the item.

Warranty & Repair service

If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year from receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please kindly provide us with evidence photos or videos of the defective item. After providing such information to our Customer Service team and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair.

Note: Please be aware, we do not cover the cost of the returns fees in warranty & repair service.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours from confirmation of the payment, you will be entitled to a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If an order has been shipped, it’s impossible for us to cancel or modify it anymore. If you still want a refund, you required to return the item on it’s arrival.

Operation Instruction:
1. This product has a total of: Soybean Milk, Fish Soup, Rice Paste, Sorbet, Grind, Fruit Juice, Timing, Inching/Rinse, ON/OFF. Select the corresponding function button and press ‘On / Off’ ‘Or’ Start / Cancel ‘button. The machine will run automatically, and it will stop automatically after processing. You can also press’ On / Off ‘or’ Start / Cancel ‘button to terminate the machine operation. (The working time of inching function should not be too long)
2. Each function cannot be adjusted working time and working gear
3. Soymilk, fish soup, rice paste can be reserved for work. After selecting the function key, press the ‘Timing’ key, and repeatedly press the ‘Timing’ button to adjust the reservation time (00: 30-24: 00 hours). After setting, press ‘On / Off’ or ‘Start/Cancel’ key
4. Speed adjustment mode: In standby mode, press the ‘+’ ‘-‘ keys to adjust the working range (range: 1-9 positions), press the ‘On / Off’ or ‘Start / Cancel’ key to start the machine to work After the work is completed, it returns to the standby state.

Instructions For Use:
1. When using the hot / cold drink function, the amount of ingredients and water must not exceed the maximum water level scale of the hot / cold drink. For details, use the instructions below:
2. Put the processed ingredients into the mixing cup, and cover the cup lid and steam lid. The amount of ingredients must not exceed the mark on the water level sticker of the mixing cup

Clean And Environmentally Friendly:
1. Before cleaning the product, be sure to unplug the power plug and disconnect the power.
2. Please clean this product after use
3. The outside of the main unit can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not put the main unit and the stirring cup in water or other liquids, and do not rinse under water or other liquids to prevent leakage or damage to the device.
4. When cleaning, please rinse the inside of the cup and its accessories with water and wipe them dry; the blade is very sharp. When cleaning carefully to avoid cuts, wear protective gloves.
5. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone) to clean the product.
6. Before storing the product, make sure that the product is clean and dry.

3.When the product is working, it is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts such as blades and motors to avoid injury or damage to the product.

4.Do not insert / dial the power plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.

5.When making hot drinks or hot liquid food, please make sure that the lid of the stirring cup and steam are closed. Do not touch the stirring cup and steam lid to prevent burn

6.When making hot drinks or hot liquid food, do not add liquid temperature above 80 ℃ to avoid injury or damage to the product due to hot drinks or hot liquid food overflow.

7.Do not put the accessories of this product in the cabinet and dishwasher for cleaning and disinfection to avoid deformation and damage.

Note:
1. The ingredients cannot exceed the marked line on the water level sticker of the mixing cup.
2.Turn clockwise to lock the lid (do not forcibly lift the lid up)
3. Install the mixing cup with food and lid on the main machine
4. Power on
5. Select the corresponding function key (the corresponding function indicator flashes)
6. Press the ‘on / off’ or ‘start cancel’ key to start the machine
7. It is forbidden to add food materials when the machine is running, so as to avoid danger!
8. After machining, when the blade stops rotating completely, the mixing cup can be removed to avoid accidents.
