Module Description:
1. The MAX2870 is an ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL), integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), and can work in integer and fractional-N frequency division modes.
2. With external reference clock oscillator and Huna filter, MAX2870 can form a high-performance frequency synthesizer to generate a clock in the frequency range of 23.5MHz to 6000MHz, and can maintain excellent phase noise and spurious indicators. The internal coverage of 3000MHz to 6000MHz range The multi-channel integrated VCO and 1-128 output frequency divider are used to achieve an ultra-wide frequency range clock output. Compatible with 1.8V control logicc.
3. The characteristic of the RF signal source module is that the onboard default high-precision 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO, the internal VCO base frequency output frequency range is 3-6GHZ, and the base frequency touch is below 3GHz.
4. This RF signal source module is a full touch screen frequency input, the output frequency mode is dot frequency, and the sweep frequency is optional.
5. The RF signal source adopts a lead-free, RoHS-compliant 5mmx5mm, 32TQFN package, and the operating temperature range is extended to 40°C to 85°C.
6. It can be controlled by PC, output amplitude: -4~5dBm, 4-level touch screen control.
