ZDA series of scattered light turbidity meter is a precision measuring instrument which is combined with photoelectric. It is necessary to read the instruction manual carefully before operation and get accurate measurement results.
1, the use of the environment must meet the working conditions.
2, the measurement tank must be clean and dry for a long time, no dust, no need to cover the cover.
3, humid climate, must be extended to boot time.
4, the solution should be carefully poured into the sample bottle, to prevent the formation of bubbles, affecting the accuracy of measurement.
5, replace the sample bottle or after repair must be re calibration.
6, non professional maintenance engineer, do not open the instrument for maintenance.
Working conditions
1. The instrument should be placed in the drying room, use temperature of 5 DEG C – 35.
2. When used, should be placed on the flat surface, and avoid vibration.
3. Indoor lighting should not be too strong, and avoid direct sunlight irradiation.
4. Try to keep away from the high intensity magnetic field, electric field and high frequency electric equipment.
5. Avoid high temperature close to the instrument.
6. The power supply of the instrument: 220V± 22V, 50± 1Hz, and must have a good grounding wire.
Measurement preparation
1, open the instrument power switch;
