    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 15 days from delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    Return Process

    To return an item, please email our customer service at sales@alexnld.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

    All customers should contact us and obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.


    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order.

    Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.


    If an item is found damaged or defective on receipt, we kindly ask you to contact us within 15 days from the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange without physical return of the item.

    Please provide us with following:

    1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;
    2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

    Our customer service team will communicate with you to arrange a refund or reshipment without physical return of the item.

    Warranty & Repair service

    If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year from receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please kindly provide us with evidence photos or videos of the defective item. After providing such information to our Customer Service team  and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair.

    Note:  Please be aware, we do not cover the cost of the returns fees in  warranty & repair service.

    Order Cancellation

    If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours from confirmation of the payment, you will be entitled to a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If an order has been shipped, it’s impossible for us to cancel or modify it anymore. If you still want a refund, you required to return the item on it’s arrival.

This WAVE ROVER is a full metal body 4WD mobile robot chassis, which features superb off-road crossing ability and shock-absorbing performance, open source all code for secondary development. It supports multiple host computers (Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, Jetson Orin Nano, etc), the host computer can communicate with the ESP32 slave computer through the serial port. Equipped with four N20 geared motors using a high-quality gearbox, which allows the mobile robot to drive at high speed with great power. Built in 3S UPS power supply module, supports 3 x 18650 Li batteries (in series, NOT included), which provides uninterruptible power for the robot and supports charging and power output at the same time. Built in multi-functional robot driver board, based on ESP32, with onboard WIFI and Bluetooth, for driving serial bus servos, outputting PWM signal, expanding TF card slot, etc.
This WAVE ROVER adopts flexible rubber tires which greatly reduce the impact of complex terrains, can easily meet the needs of high-speed driving, shock absorption, and off-road. Comes with a mounting plate, can be used to install the host computers (Raspberry Pi 4B, Jetson Nano, Jetson Orin Nano, etc.), LD19/STL-27L lidar, and pan-tilt camera, providing more possibilities for secondary development.

Equipped with N20 reduction motors that use high-quality gearboxes, enabling it to travel at a high speed of 1.25m/s.
The flexible rubber tires significantly reduce the impact of complex terrains on the product.
It features a 0.91-inch OLED screen for interactive purposes.
The product is designed with a charging interface and automatic download circuit, allowing it to be used while charging.
The UPS power module on board contains an INA219 acquisition chip, facilitating real-time monitoring of battery voltage and charging current.
The UPS power module utilizes three series-connected 18650 batteries with a large capacity of 7800mAh, providing a higher output current and stronger motor power.
It also offers 5V and 3.3V outputs for expanding other devices.
The module includes a lithium battery protection circuit, offering functions such as overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection.
The sample code is developed using ArduinoIDE, eliminating the need for manual configuration of the compilation environment. Upon startup, the ESP32 automatically establishes a WIFI hotspot. Users can connect and log in to the control interface using a smartphone (Android/iOS) or a computer (Linux/Windows/Mac) with any Chromium-based browser, without requiring an app download.
The slave ESP32 can be used to drive DC motors and serial bus servos and supports interfaces for OLED screens, TF card slots, a nine-axis IMU module, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Even without installing an upper-level device, it can be used independently.
The system can be extended with various host devices, using serial communication to transmit control data in JSON format.
The entire code is open-source and comes with online rich development documentation and tutorials.
The open-source resource includes planar drawings and chassis structural drawings, including 3D models, facilitating secondary development.
