Heat sink installation:
When assembling, pay attention to the installation of the heat sink. The metal shell of the heat sink must not be in contact with surrounding components to avoid short circuits.

Audio input mode switch:

This product is powered on by default in Bluetooth mode when there is no external audio device mounted; if an external playback device is mounted, such as an AUX or USB flash drive, the default is AUX or USB flash drive playback mode after power on; the device is first inserted in the playback process. In principle, for example, if you insert AUX during Bluetooth playback, you will immediately switch to AUX playback; if you insert a USB flash drive, you will immediately switch to USB playback; the audio mode can also be switched by APP, which is very convenient.

Use MP3 format as much as possible for U disk playback. The sampling rate of WAV format must be within 44100Hz. If the sampling rate is too high, the playback may not be possible. Power selection:

This product has a power supply range of 8-26VDC and is compatible with standard 5,5-2.1/2.5 power adapter plugs. It is recommended to use a 12V/24V standard power adapter with a current output of more than 2A.
1)The size of the power supply is related to the power of the speaker used. For example, if you use an 8 ohm 50W speaker, use a 24V power supply, and the current is at least 4A. If the current is too small, the sound may be stuck. Reduce the volume and reduce the output power to solve this problem.; Use 4 ohm speakers, the power supply is controlled within 20V, too high voltage may cause serious heat of the power amplifier.
2)Although the power supply below 9V can work, the output power is very small, so it is recommended that the power supply voltage is above 9V, and the 12V/24V standard power supply is recommended.
3)The power supply voltage cannot be higher than 26V, higher than 26V, the circuit board will be burned.
4)If the power amplifier board restarts after the volume is turned up during playback, it is caused by insufficient power supply, just replace the power supply with a larger output current.

Speaker selection:

The power amplifier of this product can continuously output 50W*2 power, and speakers from 10W to 100W can be driven, It is recommended to use 8 ohm or 4 ohm speakers. If the power is less than 50W, reduce the power supply voltage appropriately (for example, 12V power supply) or lower the playing volume; for speakers greater than 50W, the higher the power supply voltage, the better (within 26V).
If there is a ‘hiccup’ phenomenon when playing music speakers, first consider the insufficient power supply and use a larger power supply; second, consider the power amplifier overheating protection, strengthen heat dissipation or reduce the playback volume.
If multiple speakers are used in parallel, the total impedance of the speakers in parallel must be controlled above 4 ohms. If the impedance is too small, the power amplifier will easily enter the over-current protection state.

Signal problem:

This product uses a PCB antenna, and the visible distance of the connection can reach 15 meters without obstruction, If you can’ tfind Bluetooth when you use it, or you can1 t connect to it, consider the signal problem.
