Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 15 days from delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email our customer service at sales@alexnld.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

All customers should contact us and obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

If an item is found damaged or defective on receipt, we kindly ask you to contact us within 15 days from the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange without physical return of the item.

Please provide us with following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;
2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

Our customer service team will communicate with you to arrange a refund or reshipment without physical return of the item.

Warranty & Repair service

If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year from receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please kindly provide us with evidence photos or videos of the defective item. After providing such information to our Customer Service team and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair.

Note: Please be aware, we do not cover the cost of the returns fees in warranty & repair service.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours from confirmation of the payment, you will be entitled to a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If an order has been shipped, it’s impossible for us to cancel or modify it anymore. If you still want a refund, you required to return the item on it’s arrival.

FAQ:

1. How to choose a power supply?

The power supply is very important. The ripple of the selected power supply must be small. The power supply with large ripple will cause the noise of the power amplifier board to increase, and there will be current noise. The higher the voltage, the greater the current and the more output power. If you only have 12V1A, you can use 3-4 inch speakers. If you are 19V 5A or above, with 8-10 inches no problem, the power supply must be highly valued. If the voltage is too low, the sound will be distorted after amplification. If the current is too small, the speaker will pull down the voltage and cause abnormal operation or poor sound quality.

It is recommended to use a 18V/19V/24V power supply with a current of more than 5A, or a power supply with a current of 32V7A or more. If you only have 12V/15V 2A power supply, you can also use it, but the power is low. When using the volume, it may be distorted and affect the sound quality. If you want to get the maximum output power, it is recommended to use an adapter above 32V7A, 160W~200W 4? speakers, and adjust the volume to the maximum.

2. How to choose speakers?

About the type of speaker: the commonly used speakers are generally 4-8 ohms, which can be used. The left and right channel speakers need to be connected to full-frequency speakers or mid-high frequency speakers, and the power is between 30W-200W.

If your speaker power is small, for example, it can be used between 20W-50W, but the power supply voltage needs to be lower to prevent the speaker from being burned after amplifying the sound. For example, choose a power supply below 15V. The higher the voltage selected, the greater the sound or power that can be output. Speaker power should not exceed 200W, otherwise it will affect the sound quality.

3. Introduction of audio input mode

This audio power amplifier module has three audio input methods: one is Bluetooth input, one is AUX audio input, and the other is U disk input. In Bluetooth mode, if you insert an audio cable or U disk, it will automatically switch to audio input mode or U disk input mode, and Bluetooth mode has the lowest priority. When the audio cable or U disk has been inserted, you can also use the dial button to switch the mode.

4. How to adjust the total volume?

The VOL knob adjusts the overall volume. Turn right to increase the overall volume, and turn left to decrease the overall volume.

5. How to adjust the left and right channel high and low?

The BASS knob controls the bass, right-handed bass boosts, and left-handed bass attenuates. When the knob is in the middle position, the bass is neither boosted nor attenuated.

The TREBLE knob controls the treble, the right-handed treble boosts, and the left-handed treble attenuates. When the knob is in the middle position, the treble is neither boosted nor attenuated.

Note: The treble and total volume are adjusted to the maximum at the same time, which may easily cause the protection of the power amplifier and cause the sound to freeze. Lower the treble or turn the right volume knob to the left to reduce the overall volume.

6. Its okay if the sound is small, but when the sound becomes louder, the sound becomes muddy?

The sound is distorted, please turn down the overall volume or change to a power adapter with a higher voltage level.

7. Its okay if the sound is small. After the sound becomes louder, the sound is stuck?

If the power of the input power supply is insufficient, the power supply itself is intermittently powered off for protection, please replace the power supply with a higher power; or the output power is too large, the power amplifier board is seriously heated, and thermal protection occurs, reduce the volume or strengthen the heat dissipation.

8. What factors are related to the quality of sound quality?

The quality of sound quality is not only related to the power amplifier module, but also to the power supply, audio source and the entire audio system. Basically, every link of the audio system will affect the sound quality, among which the main links are the audio transmission line, the audio power supply, the tone circuit, the power amplifier circuit, the speakers and the surrounding environment. Only when the audio source, power supply, power amplifier module and speaker match, the sound quality is the best.
